Position and surroundings
The three Capriccioli Villas are located in the heart of Costa Smeralda in the north-east of Sardinia and only 140 meters away from the gorgeous Capriccioli beach, reachable by a short walk trough a small path surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation. The villas are surrounded by the local lush nature with its characteristic granite rocks, junipers, myrtle bushes and arbutuses.
Capriccioli is one of the main places of the whole Costa Smeralda. This coast stretch is famous for its gorgeous emerald color sea and for the spectacular beaches and coves. Nearby the villas guests may find all the main services and shops. The glamorous Porto Cervo is about 10 km way and Cannigione about 17 km. The city of Olbia with its airport and its harbor is about 27 km away.
Accommodation
The three villas of different size are surrounded by a well-kept garden and furnished comfortably with style and elegance. The three villas share the entrance, the spacious garden and a covered parking area (place for one car per villa).
Villa Padronale (105 sqm) is appropriate for up to 6 persons. The villa has an open and spacious living-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with full-size bed, a third one with a low loft and two single beds (one of them a pull-out one), a second bathroom with shower and a laundry with washing machine. In the rear of the villa is a barbecue area (30 sqm) equipped with table and benches
Villa Terrazza (70 sqm) is appropriate for up to 4 persons. This villa has on the roof a panoramic terrace equipped with table and seats, parasol and deck chairs. The house is divided into a living-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with full-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Casa in Pietra (60 sqm) with its traditional coverings in stone is appropriate for up to 4 persons. The villa has a living-dining room with kitchenette and dishwasher, a bedroom with full-size bed, a second bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In addition this villa has a small roofed patio with garden furniture and a small barbecue.
Facilities
All villas are equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas stove, fridge, washing machine, TV set, bed linen and towels and have garden and parking place in common use.
Villa Terrazza in addition has air-conditioning (cold/warm).
Service
Welcome and assistance on the spot, bed and bathroom linen, final cleaning service.
It's possible arrange private excursions by yacht to discover the enchanting islands of La Maddalena archipelago or the hidden coves of the Costa Smeralda.
