Position and surroundings
The Borgo with its apartments furnished in a comfortabel and elegant style is located on Monte Sixeri in a stunning panoramic position: It overlooks the valley, providing a uniquely beautiful stay amidst the peace and quiet of the outstanding natural surroundings. The Borgo Monte Sixeri is located nearby Alghero, about 6 miles from the town centre, and 3 miles from the beautiful beaches of north-western Sardinia. 

The Manca family to whom belongs the estate is famous for the production of olive oils, but also for their vineyards, wheat, vegetables, aromatic herbs and sheep cheese products.

Accommodations
The luxury Borgo accommodations are furnished to the highest standards. All accommodations are provided with a convenient private parking space, an outside stone barbecue and a fully equipped children's play area.

The Borgo has two swimming pools with Jacuzzi, equipped with sun loungers, large sunshades, and an outside shower.

2-room apartments Carrubi, Corbezzoli, Ginepri, Mimose, Agrifoglio, Lecci, Agave, Erica (2 – 4 persons)
Two-room houses with a surface area of approximately 430 square feet have a living room with kitchenette and table and seats, one bed room with full-size bed and one bathroom with shower. Two armchair-beds in the living room can accommodate 2 other persons.
The verandas are equipped with garden furniture.
Agave and Mimose houses are set up for disabled use.

Suite Lentischio (4 – 6 persons)
The suite has a surface area of approximately 700 square feet and is situated on two floors with a spacious living room with kitchenette and table and seats on the ground floor. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish washer. A bed sofa in the living room can accommodate two persons.
On the first floor are located two bed rooms with full-size bed, respectively, and onebath room with shower.
The veranda is equipped with garden furniture.

3-room-apartment Asfodelo (6 – 8 persons)
This three-room suite with approx. 1000 square feets has on the ground floor a living room with table and seats and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a bed room with two single beds. A bed sofa in the living room can accommodate two persons. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish washer.
On the first floor are located two additional bed rooms, each one with full-size bed.
The veranda is equipped with garden furniture.

3-room-apartment Rosmarino (6 – 8 persons)
This three-room suite with approx. 1000 square feets has on the ground floor a living room with a bed sofa fort wo persons, a kitchen with table and seats and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer.
On the first floor are located three bed rooms, two with with full-size bed and one with two single beds) and a bath room with shower.
The two verandas are equipped with garden furniture.

4-room-apartment Peonie (9 – 11 persons)
The four room suite Peonie with approx. 1400 square feets is located on two floors. On the ground floor are the living room with kitchenette, table and seats and a bed sofa fort wo persons, two bed rooms (one with full size bed and the other one with two single beds) and a bath room with jacuzzi bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer
On the first floor are located two other bed rooms (one with two single beds and one with full size bed and single bed) and a bath room with shower.
The three verandas are equipped with garden furniture.

2-room-villas Ginestre, Olivastri (2 – 4 persons)
These exclusive, separate villas have a surface area of approx. 380 square feet and are divided into a living room with table and seats, kitchenette and one double sofa bed or two armchair beds for two persons, one bed room with full size bed and a bath room with shower (Olivastri) or jacuzzi bath tub (Ginestre).
The verandas are equipped with garden furniture.
Ginestre is also equipped with a freezer and dishwasher.

Facilities
All the houses are equipped with air conditioning and heating, television with satellite dish, safe, kitchenette with electric oven, 3 gas hobs and 1 electric hob or 4 gas hobs, cooker hood, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels.
Table and chairs for use outside on the veranda.

Carrubi, Corbezzoli, Peonie, Rosmarino and Ginestre have bath tubs with jacuzzi.
Agave and Mimose houses are set up for disabled use.

Lentiscchio, Asfodelo, Rosmarino; Peonie and Ginestre have a dish washer.

Note
Guests are kindly asked to agree on the arrival time with the management in advance (via e-mail or telephone). Upon arrival, they will be welcomed in the Reception office, the registration will take place there, the accommodation will be hand over and clients will receive all the most important information about the surrounding territory.

Restaurant
The cuisine of the country restaurant "Le Pinnette" within the Monte Sixeri estate is based on high quality and genuine ingredients. Traditional Sardinian dishes blend with those from the Alghero countryside, which vary with the changing of the seasons bringing different products to the table, allowing the guests to fully appreciate the gastronomic delights offered up by the territory.
