Position and surroundings
At the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, just 300 m from the charming small town of Cannigione, with its pleasant small port and a number of shops open year round is situated the Hotel Club Cala di Falco. The location is one of the best known destinations in Sardinia about 30 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia and it faces the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago.

The public beach of Cannigione, where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and loungers (on a first-come, first-served basis) stretches a few metres from the hotel’s main swimming pool, just across the road heading for the most stunning and crystal-clear coves of the Arzachena Gulf.

Accommodation
The Hotel which has been totally refurbished in 2008 and offer guest rooms, appartments and villas. Il resort is divited into three areas: the one of the Hotel Il Borgo, the Hotel-residence La Rotonda and the one of the villas of Cala di Falco. Meanwhile Il Borgo is more central and closer to the Hotel services (Restaurant, Bar, Reception), the La Rotonda area is more secluded and quiter (separated from the first area by an internal roadway).

HOTEL IL BORGO
The quest rooms of the hotel are located on the ground and on the first floor and have balcony or terrace. The main part is at the Il Borgo area, but some are also located in the La Rotonda area.

The rooms are available in the following categories:
Standard Borgo and Rotonda: room with double bed and bathroom with shower (2 adults).
Deluxe: room with double bed + small living area with 1 bed chair and bathroom with shower (2 adults + 1 child 0-16 y.)
Junior Suite: room with double bed and living room with 1 bed chair and bathroom with shower (2 adults + 1 child 0-16 y. + 1 child 0-1 y.)
Suite: room with double bed and living room with 2 bed chairs and bathroom with shower (2 adults + 2 children 0-16 y.)
Senior Suite: like the Suite with one additional bedroom with 2 single beds (4 adults + 2 children 0-16 a.)

ROOM FACILITIES
Veranda or terrace furnished with a table and chairs, hair dryer, Air conditioning, Safe, Sat TV, direct line telephone and mini bar. Sea view available (non applicable for Standard Rotonda and Deluxe).

NOTE
No charge for child’s cot if requested when booking
Rooms are available until 4.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

RESIDENCE LA ROTONDA
The residence La Rotonda offers several 2- and 3-room apartments for 4 or 6 persons, respectively. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, one living room with 2 bed chairs and kitchenette and one bathroom with shower. The balcony or the terrace are equipped with garden furniture.

FACILITIES APARTMENTS
Veranda or terrace furnished with table and chairs, hair dryer, Air conditioning, Safe, Sat TV, direct line telephone and kitchenette.

VILLAS CALA DI FALCO
In addition there are five elegant villas which can accommodate between 5 and 8 persons all with high-class designer furnishings offering a pleasant, exclusive vacation. The villas, some with sea view, are all provided with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Sat TV, wide terrace and/or furnished garden. Additional facilities are washing machine and TV-Sat.

Asfodelo
it comprises a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with an armchair foldout bed and a built-in sofa-bed. (5 persons)

Orchidea
sea-view villa, comprising a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen and living room with two armchair foldout beds. (6 persons)

Corbezzolo
sea-view villa comprising a room with double bed, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom, a room with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with double sofa-bed. (8 persons)

Erica
Two-storey sea-view villa.
Upper floor: room with double bed and toilet, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower. Lower floor: kitchen, living room with single sofa-bed and armchairs. (5 persons)

Ginestra
sea-view villa, comprising a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd double room and 2 rooms with two single beds each, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. (8 persons).
