The charming holiday house with spacious garden is located in the quite countryside on the penisola of Sant Antioco in the south-western Tipp of Sardinia. The beaches are reachable in some minutes by car.

The town of Sant Antioco with ist shops, restaurants, bars and much more services is about 2 km away from the house.

Accommodation
The charming and comfortable holiday house is surrounded by a well-kept and spacious garden with lawn, friut trees and a small wine yard.

From the spacious terrace one enters the living room with kitchenette and fire-place and wooden table and seats and some inviting armchairs. A staircase leads to the slepping area with one bathroom with shower and three bedrooms (one with full-size bed and two with two single beds, respectively).

A parking place is besides the house.

second half of April: 450 Euro
May and October: 510 Euro

First and last week of August: 720 Euro

Included in rates are the costs for consumption of water, gas and electricity.

In high season (July and August) the minimum stay is two weeks. For stays less than a week in other periods daily rates are applicated.

Additional costs
Final cleaning: 50 Euro.
Deposit: 150 Euro.

Optional charges (please request when booking)
Rent of bed linen and towels: 15,00 Euro per set and person.
