Position and surroundings
The comfortable furnished apartment is part of a mediterranean villa in the centre of Porto San Paolo in the north of Sardinia, known for its fine sand beaches and the clear, turquoise sea. Porto San Paolo is placed in the Gallura-territory, 15 km far from Olbia, and offers a variety of shopping facilities and bars and restaurants.

All along that stretch of coast it is possible to visit some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of Sardinia, such as Cala Girgolu, Porto Istana and Porto Taverna. We recommend a visit to the Island of Tavolara that can be reached every day from Porto San Paolo with small ferry-boats.

The apartment offers a beautiful panorama on the small islands Tavolara e Molara, which make part of a protected area and are famous for their natural beauties.

The nearest beach is in air line approx. 600 m. Other famous beaches in the territory are Porto Taverna, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu und Porto Istana.

Accommodation
The house has wonderful sea view and the tranquillity and confidentiality ensure a holiday in complete relax. The apartment includes two bedrooms, one with a full-size-bed and the other one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. The living room comprises the dining room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for two persons.

A roofed patio with garden furniture provides a panoramic view and a barbeque ensure a relaxing stay.

Facilities
Washing machine, fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, open space barbeque, Sat-TV.

Remarks
Only little pets allowd with an extra charge for the final cleaning service.

Final cleaning: 60 Euro (the kitchenette has to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise costs incurred 25 Euro).
Bed linen and bath towels (on request and announced 30 days before arrival): 15 Euro per person and set.
Deposit: 200 Euro (Payment on arrival).
