Position and vicinity
The family-run hotel is immersed in a hilly enviroment cultivated with olive trees and wine on the south-east coast of Sardegna near the touristic centres of Arbatax and Tortoli. The beautiful and sandy beach of Marina di Cardedu is only 2000 meters away from the structure and easily reachable by car.

The hotel was opened in spring 2007 and captivate because of his hillside situation the guests with a nice panorama of the area.

Accommodation
The three-star-hotel is located about 2 km from the sea, next to the quiet village of Cardedu, approx. 1 km away. The modern structure is divided into three sections: the restaurant where are served Sardinian specialities, the reception with its lobby and the complex of 13 double rooms with separate entrances. Each room has large panoramic windows.

The whole complex is accessible for disabled guests.

All rooms are about 35 sqm and bright due to the panoramic windows. All of them are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, a private terrace with garden furniture, air-conditioning, telephone, TV with satellite , refrigerator and hairdryer.

They rooms offer space for up to 4 persons, additional beds are available on request. All rooms are no-smoking.

Restaurant
Very large and bright the restaurant offers Sardinian specialities with fresh products. Possibility of sitting outside in the garden, which is next to the children’s playground.

Lobby with panoramic windows, TV, daily newspapers, Fax/Photocopies service, swimming Pool, large garden area to relax, children’s playground, free private parking.
