Position and surroundingsL'Asfodelo is a group of apartments with sea view onto the famous Costa Verde on the Sardinian west coast. The area is characterized by alternating sandy coves and cliffs surrounded with a vegetation mainly composed by Mediterranean plants and bushes.
The beach is approx. 300 m away and can be reached easily on foot.
The Costa Verde area is, thanks to its characteristics, suitable to practice activities such as surfing, kite surfing, diving and trekking. The only diving center of the area is in Portu Maga.
In Portu Maga there are some basic services like a restaurant (open all year), mini-market, bar, newspaper kiosk, diving center, pharmacy and first aid station (many of these services are only seasonally opened).
Other services are available in Arbus (about 20 Kilometers from Portu Maga).
Accommodation
The complex consists of terraced apartments each with nice patio. The self-catering apartments have in common the access to the village, the parking area and the pedestrian road that leads to the sandy beach.
Some of the apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The apartments are available in the following types:
Mono (2 beds): living-room with kitchenette and double bed sofa, bathroom with shower and roofed veranda;
Bilo (4 beds): living-room with kitchenette and double bed sofa, double or twin room, bathroom with shower and roofed veranda;
Trilo (5 beds): living-room with kitchenette and double bed sofa, two double or twin rooms, bathroom with shower and roofed veranda.
Service
Local welcome and assistance, tourist information, Bed&Breakfast and half board in restaurant, excursions.
Note
Small pets are welcome with an extra charge for the final cleaning service.
Arrivals between 16:00 and 19:00 - Departures between 8:00 and 10:00 (please advise for out of time arrivals and departures).

Final cleaning: Mono Euro 40,00 - Bilo Euro 50,00 - Trilo Euro 60,00 (except kitchenette which has to be cleaned by customers)
Kitchenette facilities: extra charge Euro 50,00 (only in case customers don't leave them cleaned up)
Pets: extra charge for the final cleaning service Euro 30,00
Deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment
Air-Conditioning: 1Kwh=0,30 Euro, charged on usage only for the apartments with air conditioning

Bed linen: Euro 7,00 per set (mandatory weekly change)

Reductions
Early bookings: 5% off for reservations within the 28/02
Long stays (min. 14 nights): 10% off in the periods A/B/C/D/E - 5% of in the periods F/G/H - except in the periods I/L
Discounts are not cumulative - we will apply the more advantageous for the customer.
