It is nearby the small town of Calasetta (3,5 km) where are available different shops, restaurants and the haven where everyday ferry boats connect the island of San Antioco with the picturesque neighbour island San Pietro.

The coast of Calasetta is known for its white sandy coves reachable by car from the hotel. Among the most beautiful coves we recommend the beaches Spiaggia Grande (about 6 km from the hotel) and Le Saline.

Accommodation
The hotel resort Tupei consists of a main complex where are located reception, hall, restaurant and meeting rooms, and a second complex where guests may find the rooms overlooking the garden. The buildings are perfectly integrated into the environment and not visible from the unpaved road leading to them. The presence of a non asphaltic road is justified by the fact that Calasetta is a protected area of Sardinia and therefore not modifiable.

The 26 rooms of the hotel Tupei are furnished in a simple and characteristic way by alternating the warm colors of the wooden furniture with those of the ceramics and drapery in typical Sardinian style.

The rooms are available in the following types: 23 double rooms that may be in single use, one triple room and one family room. They all have an independent entrance, a veranda with sea or garden view, mini bar, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer and safe.

The guests can relax at and in the swimming pool with an area suitable for children. The pool is surrounded by green spaces and a small playground is dedicated to the small guests.

The park of the hotel invites with its suggestive trails to do some sport like walkinh or jogging.

In the restaurant with his large windows which overlook the garden and the swimming pool is served everyday an international and a traditional cuisine with its colors and perfumes that refers to the Mediterranean traditions. Guests may also taste simple and quick dishes or try the pizzas cooked in the wood oven. There is also - according to the season - the possibility to eat under the covered veranda.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the local beach available at certain times of the day.

Laundry service, mountain bikes hire, sunbeds and beach umbrellas hire at special prices, canoe and pedalo hire.

The many possible activities such as water gym and archery, the excursions with typical lunches in nearby towns of Sant' Antioco and Carloforte complete the offering of optional services for a very pleasant vacation.
