Position and surroundings
The residence Monte Petrosu is situated on the east coast of Sardinia nearby San Teodoro. The residence consists in two adjacent and small groups of self-catering apartments called I Cervi and Lu Entu. The structures are characterized by ample and well kept gardens and the high standard of the apartments regarding their construction and their tasteful furniture and good facilities.

The groups of apartments are in a quiet position, not far from a nice beach and sea and suitable for customers looking for a calm place where spend a relaxing holiday. The residence is about 500 meters from restaurant, bar, market, pizzeria and newsagent.

The apartments are about 1.000 meters from the Cala Girgolu beach famous thanks to the bear shaped rock and about 2.000 meters from the gorgeous Punta Molara beach.

San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo (very close to the apartments) offer several possibilites to practice sports such as diving and sailing. In addition San Teodoro offers especially in summer restaurant, bars, discos and night clubs to go out.

The island of Tavolara (sea park declared by the UNESCO world heritage site) offers a very gorgeous underwater world suitable for an interesting snorkeling experience.

Accommodation
The apartments are fully integrated with the surrounding nature and ambience. They have a lot of green spaces and are in a quiet position.

The apartments can be on the ground floor or on the first floor of the two-storyed buildings connected between them by paths (pedestrian or trafficable) that cross the common areas.

The hight quality self-catering apartments (about 52) are well furnished. They can face the garden on the ground floor or have a wide roofed veranda on the first floor. Some of them have TV Sat or and washing machine.

The apartments are available in the following types:
BILO 2/3 beds (two roomed): living room with kitchen corner, single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

BILO 4 beds (two roomed): living room with kitchen corner, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

TRILO 4 beds (three roomed): living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom (or with bunk beds), bathroom with shower.

TRILO 6 beds (three roomed): living room with kitchen corner, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (or with bunk beds), bathroom with shower.

Service
Welcome and assistance on the spot, linen hire, tourist information, excursions booking.

Note
Small pets are welcome with an extra charge for the final cleaning service.
