Position and location
The B&B Villa Euforbia is situated about 15 km southly form the island's Capital Cagliari in a small residential area amid woodland; Surrounded by two small mountain lakes, where various species of waterfowl nest, including swans. The B&B is built on the slope overlooking the lake with a beautiful natural panorama.

The villa is a recently constructed house, situated in a large residential estate. The family lives in the B&B Villa Euforbia and warmly welcome the guests in the Loggia/balcony of the house, where in summer you can have breakfast.

The guestroom is furnished in Sardinian style and in the evening one can sit around the open fire ending the day tasting a good glass of wine.

Accomodation
From the lounge or breakfast room, doors and stairs lead to the three suites. At first we have the large Amber suite situated on the same floor as the lounge; the Emerald and Ruby suites are situated on the floors above.

Suite Amber
This Suite has a total surface of 37 sq. m. and is composed of a bed-sitting room of 30 sq.m and a bathroom of 7 sq.m. It is spacious and comfortable, and has large windows with a view over the lake. The suite is particularly suitable for families or groups (up to four persons).

The suite is equipped with: Hotel-type beds (one double or two singles) Two sofa beds with wooden slatted base Four bedside tables with lamps Two desks Two wardrobes with drawers Extending table with four chairs Air conditioning unit (cooling and heating) 21" colour TV Fridge-freezer

Suite Smeralda
The SMERALDA suite has a total surface area of 42.13 sq.m, and is composed of a bed-sitting room of 22.78 sq.mq, a bathroom of 6.06 sq.m. and a kitchen of 5.82 sq.m. There is also a private patio of 7.47 sq.m., and two large built-in cupboards.

It is spacious and comfortable, and situated on the upper floor, with large windows and a view over the lake. It is reached through the breakfast room. The suite is particularly suitable for families or groups (up to four persons).

Kitchen Equipment:Fridge-freezer, 4 ring gas cooker, cooker hood with extractor fan, sink, draining board, wall and base cupboards, set of 6 saucepans of various sizes, 4 complete place settings, cutlery, kitchen implements etc.

Suite Rubin
The RUBIN suite has a total surface area of 50 sq.m, and is composed of a bedroom of 14 sq.m., a living room of 17 sq.mq, a hallway of 5 sq.m. and a bathroom of 5.5 sq.m. There is also a small patio of 3.5 sq.m. and another of 5 sq.m, leading onto a large communal stone-paved patio and the upper part of the garden.

The suite is spacious and comfortable, and has large windows with a view over the lake and over the woods. It is reached from the breakfast room and is on the top floor. The suite is particularly suitable for families or groups (up to four persons).
