Position and surroundings
The charming Bed & Breakfast with well-kept garden in the heart of the Gallurese region is about 12 km away from the famous beaches of the Smeralda Coast, 1 km from Arzachena and about 22 km from Olbia.

The Bed & Breakfast was originally a farm house which was renovated with great attention to detail and furnished in the traditional Gallurese style. Opened in 2003 the B&B is open the whole year. The garden with its shady juniper and olive trees offers also in the summer months a refreshing climate.

The Bed & Breakfast is ideal to visit the famous sandy beaches of the Smeralda Coast and the archeological sites of the region. Trips to the nature reserve of La Maddalena in the north or to the picturesque town of Tempio Pausania in the south-west are recommended.

Accommodation
The B&B Melamida offers 5 comfortable suites which are furnished in an elegant and traditional Sardinian style. Each suite has an independent entrance, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning/heating, television and refrigerator. Three of the suites have also a kitchen and can be used on extra payment as small self-catering apartments.

Suite Blu – with kitchenette, ideal for 2 – 3 persons.

Suite Rosa – apart from the manor-house, with kitchenette and ideal for 2 – 3 persons.

Suite Giallo - with kitchenette, ideal for 2 – 4 persons.

Suite Il Turchese – ideal for couples, very ample and bright and with view onto the garden.

Suite Bianco - ideal for couples, next to the hall.

The surrounding park, that extends over 40 hectares, is rich of secular junipers and olive trees that guarantee a pleasant climate also in summer. Having a walk in this environment is very relaxing.

Breakfast
The breakfast is served in a homely atmosphere in the hall or in the courtyard dependent on weather. Traditional biscuits, delicate ricotta cakes and jam tarts, different types of cheese, fresh butter and ricotta, salami and bacon, honey, fresh fruit and dainty marmalade and jam make the breakfast to a very special meal: so your day get off to a good start!

Change of towels every 2 days, change of bed linen every 5 days.
