Position and surroundings
The holiday home with garden and terrace is located only 80 m away from a beautiful sandy beach on the Costa Rei in the south-eastern tip of Sardinia. The territory of Costa Rei is famous for its long fine sandy beaches and its crystal clear sea water. The nature lovers can also make excursions in the hinterland.
House Brezza di Mare is a nice independent apartment in a Villa on the ground floor. It has a private a garden enclosed and protected by hedges and oleanders. It is also very close to the beach and is recommended for those who desire to spend a relaxing holiday.
The holiday house is about 300/500 meters from all the main services: newsagent, market, gas station, restaurants, ice cream shops, first aid station, cash dispenser, and many others.
Accommodation
The holiday house makes part of a two-storeyed holiday house in a quite residential area and is located on the ground floor. The surface of the apartment is approx. 75 sqm.
The flat with independent entrance comprises a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with full-size bed, the second one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The large covered veranda equipped with garden furniture invites to relaxing stays outside and to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The fenced and well kept garden is approx. 120 sqm and protected by tall hedges.

Washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, water tank, outside shower, barbecue.
Pets
Only little pets with an extra charge for the final cleaning service.

Note
Kitchenette has to be delivered clean by lodgers, otherwise costs incurred 25 Euro.
Arrivals from 15:00 to 19:00 - Departures from 08:00 to 10:00 (please arrange within 48 hours prior the arrival the appointment for the delivery of the keys).
For the arrivals and the departures out of the scheduled timetable is required an extra charge of Euro 30,00.
