Positions and surroundingsA recently constructed residence on the top of a hill and not far from the sea nearby Stintino and one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia “La Pelosa”.
In the centre of Stintino you'll find everything for shopping, crafts, gifts, etc. Restaurants, Bars and pizzerias are also available, for the night life there are also some disco on the place.
At 3 km distance lies the Le Saline beach. Possibility to rent sun umbrellas and sun beds.
Accommodation
The houses are divided in villas with two apartments, villas with more apartments, semi detached villas and apartments. All apartments are furnished in an elegant and local style and some of them have a pool in common use, while others have their own pool. All apartments have TV, garden or balcony and car parking.
VILLA 4: living-room with kitchenette, double-sofa bed, bed room, bathroom. Possibility of 5th bed.
VILLA 4 IN: same as Villa 4 but with pool in common use.
VILLA 6 IN: living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bed room, bed room with two single beds, bathroom, common use of swimming pool. Possibility of 7th bed.
VILLA 6 EXCLUSIVE: living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom Possibility of 7th bed. Exclusive use of pool.
VILLA 8 EXCLUSIVE: living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, balcony room with double sofa bed and bathroom. Possibility of 9th bed. Exclusive use of pool.

Small pets are admitted, except for beach and public areas.
