Position and surroundings
The residence Linnarva is situated on the south coast of Sardinia close to Capo Cabonara and only 250 m away from the beautiful beach Simius and can be reached easily on foot. On this beach an area is reserved for the residence clients, where sun loungers and umbrellas can be let.

The small town Villasimius, a known touristic center is approx. 600 m away and here you will find all the facilities necessary for a summer holiday.

Accommodation
The buildings of the residence are set in a well-maintained gardens with a lot of Mediterranean plants and flowers and lawn between them.

The apartments of the Linnarva residence are well furnished, located in small buildings and could be on the ground floor with a small terrace or on the first floor with a balcony. All apartments have private entrance, furnished veranda, telephone, colour television and safe. Most of the apartments enjoy a sea view, and have a private garden or terrace area. The apartments are available as Bi-local or Tri-local:

The Bilo apartment for max. 4 persons has a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, a living room with well equipped kitchenette, bed sofa, dining table with four chairs and a covered and equipped veranda or balcony.

The trilo apartment for max. 6 persons has two double bedrooms with wardrobes, resp., a bathroom with shower, a living room with well equipped kitchenette, bed sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and a covered and equipped veranda or balcony.

The residence’s snack bar is open from early morning to 22.00 o'clock, and serves breakfast as well as cold snacks throughout the day. A small and welcoming TV room with satellite television is situated close by.

A swimming pool surrounded with palm trees and a lot of green and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas invites to relaxing stays in the sun.
