Position and surroundings
Villa Le Dune is a detached house about 3,5 kilometers from the centre of the small town of Calasetta on the peninsula Sant Antioco in the south-west of Sardinia. From the covered veranda of the villa a short walk leads through sandy dunes with beautiful local vegetation to the beach.

Calasetta is a characteristic town in South-West of Sardinia which overlooks the sea. It's a fascinating place with its typical Mediterranean architecture and its cultural and gastronomic traditions. Here are available all the main services and shops and the harbour.

The beaches of Calasetta alternate rocky and sandy areas where local vegetation has allowed the formation of suggestive sandy dunes modeled by the wind.

Calasetta is the ideal starting point for excursions for example to the near island of San Pietro with its picturesque town of Carloforte, an ancient Ligurian fisherman's village that preserve its traditions and language, and to the famous and still savage Costa Verde with its huge sandy dunes.

Accommodation
Villa Le Dune has 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single bed and with a bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a toilette, a spacious dining-living room with kitchenette.

Outside the Villa there is a covered veranda. The garden makes it independent and fully separated from other buildings.

Local welcome and assistance, final cleaning service, linen rental.
