Position and surroundings
The Residence Borgo degli Ulivi, is located in Arbatax, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, near the harbour and only few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches.

Accommodation
The residence, built in 2004, preserves the architectural style, appearance and the best traditions of the island. It has 27 apartments; 15 one bedroom apartments (each sleeps 4) and 12 two bedroom apartments (each sleeps 6).

The lobby, bar and swimming pool with hydro massage complete our services. Both the project and the realization of the residence have found inspiration in the concept of space and comfort, so that your vacation is relaxing and comfortable

All apartments are elegantly furnished and have air conditioning, a private terrace, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a safe. Each of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen is also provided.

One bedroom apartments (50 sqm, each one sleeps 4)
Living-room with table and bed sofa for two persons, double room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and veranda.

Two bedroom apartment (60 sqm, sleeps 6)

The rates include
The consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and heating;
