Holiday house with two independent apartments on a well-kept private estate in the midst of Mediterranean macchia and positioned nearby the Golfo di Teulada with its beautiful coast in the south of Sardinia. The estate with old olive trees is approx. 900 m away from the nearest beach.

The Teulada coast is notable for being one of the most intact areas of south Sardinia. This part of the Sardinian coast offers to the visitors rocky areas alternated with small sandy coves. The area of Pixinnì and Tuerredda is one of the most pristine and suggestive in the south of Sardinia and near Teulada and Chia. The village of Teulada with bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other services is approx. 7 km away.

Accommodation
The house is simple but comfortable, the green spaces around the house very suggestive as the uncontaminated nature that characterizes the whole zone. The well-kept garden which is equipped with a barbecue is at lodgers disposal.

Each apartment is independent and comprises a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with up to 4 sleeps, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace with garden furniture.

Facilities
TV with free to air satellite channels, park space, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, outdoor shower, air conditioning.
