Position and surroundings
The Costa Caddu Hotel, generously spread out over the gentle slopes of the Sardinian countryside, is about 2 miles south of the town of San Teodoro. The beautiful “Costa Isuledda” beach is hardly half a mile away from the hotel and it only takes two minutes on foot to reach the small pebble beach below the hotel.
Costa Caddu is part of the San Teodoro village where you can find typical Italian restaurants as well as ice-cream parlours offering delicious home-made ice cream. In summer evenings there is a market with a selection of local handy craft.
The nearby "Costa Smeralda” with its famous localities such as Porto Chervo and Porto Rotondo are considered the "Saint Tropez" of Sardinia. In the 1960's, this coastal area attracted the attention of Prince Aga Khan and became one of the most famous coastlines of Italy, renowned for its luxurious lodgings and famous nightspots attracting celebrities.
Worth a visit for nature lovers is the Island of Tavola, which can be reached by boat from Porto Paolo.
The 42 spacious double rooms are located in small bungalows. The warm and light interior design feature the typical Mediterranean colours of Sardinia; some of the rooms offer sea view.
