The position

The charming B&B Bisos (the Sardinian expression for "dreams") is located in a historic palazzo in Paulilatino in the central area of ​​Sardinia, about 30 km east of Oristano.

The building was lovingly renovated by the owners according to the principles of sustainable architecture and today it has achieved the European standard of a nearly zero energy building (nZEB).

The beautiful beaches of the region, which are very different among them, are located between Torre Grande and S'Archittu, including Mari Ermi, S'Arena Scoada, Putzi Idu, Su Pallosu and Sa Rocca Tunda.

Nearby, we recommend visiting the sacred fountain of Santa Cristina, the Sinis peninsula with the ruins of the ancient city of Tharros and the thermal springs of Fordongianus.

The Bed & Breakfast

Bisos is located in a historical building from the second half of the 19th century in a central position in Paulilatino.

Only natural and ecological materials were used for the renovation

The Bisos is one of the first Italian historical houses whose fossil energy consumption is nearly zero, i.e. it does not produce any dust or CO2 emissions. and with the planned photovoltaic system, it is then one of the zero-energy buildings.

The common areas such as the breakfast room and the TV room and the 6 individual bedrooms are located on different levels of the house (there is no elevator).

The rooms

The names of the rooms (called Apposentu) derived from a special color in the Sardinian language, such as Grogu (yellow), Biaittu (blue / light blue), Murru (white / gray), Ruju (red), Birde (green) and Nieddu (black) .

These colors can be found in the headboards of the beds, which are wrapped in woolen yarn dyed with herbs.

Traditional Sardinian fabrics have also been used for the curtains, pillows and bed linen, which were expertly made by local artisans.

The furniture is either antique or custom made to create an authentic and cozy atmosphere in which guests can relax.

Standard rooms

Grogu (yellow - 14 sqm for 2 people)
S'Apposentu Grogu is a double room on the first floor with two balconies, a small bathroom with a shower without a bidet, decorated floors and a ribbed vault with brick.
 

Comfort room

Biaittu (blue / light blue - 21 sqm for 3 people)
The S’Apposentu Biaittu is a double room on the first floor with the possibility of adding a third bed or cot.
There is a balcony overlooking the main street, a large bathroom with a bathtub, decorated floors and a vaulted ceiling with frescoes.

Birde (green - 14 sqm for 2 people)
S'Apposentu Birde is a double room on the second floor with two balconies, a bathroom with shower, decorated floors and a ribbed vault with brick.

Ruju (red - 16 sqm for 2 people)
S'Apposentu Ruju is a large double room on the second floor with a window overlooking the main street, a bathroom with shower, decorated floors and a vaulted ceiling with frescoes.

Murru (white / gray - 14 sqm for 2 people)
The S'Apposentu Murru is a double room on the second floor with a panoramic terrace and a window overlooking the main street, a fireplace, a bathroom with shower, decorated floors and a polychrome wooden ceiling.
 

Cpmfort Plus room

Nieddu (black - 17 sqm for 2 people)
S’Apposentu Nieddu, "La Torretta" is the suite room, a double room on the third floor, with a large balcony on the roof and large picture windows and a bathroom with shower.
There is a large, round bed, antique slate and marble flooring, and a cross-beamed ceiling.
