The Wine Resort Leda d'Ittiri with pool and surrounded by vine yards offers guestrooms in a cosy an elegant atmosphere in the north-west of Sardinia, about 10 km north of Alghero and 5 km away from the nearest beach.

The Wine Resort

The charming Wine Resort Leda d'Ittiri surrounded by characteristical vine yards is furnished tastefully with antique furniture and decorated with great attention to detail, both in the common areas as well as in the rooms and suites, some of which have a balcony or veranda and offer beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards.

The ambience is elegant and cozy at the same time and perfect for relaxing and slowing down from everyday life.

The beautiful pool with parasols and sun beds is very inviting.

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 8:30 am to 10 am and prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients from local and seasonal production.

The resort offers the possibility of various wine tours and tastings as well as a small shop where you can buy wines and olive oil: this accommodation is ideal especially for couples and friends who may also enjoy drinking wine and tasting the estate's delicious wines want.

Children from 12 years are very welcome in this Adults Only accommodation.

The rooms and suites

There are on two levels a total of 2 classic rooms, 3 comfort rooms, 1 superior room, 1 junior suite and 2 suites.
The levels are connected by an external staircase.
 

Classic rooms for up to 3 people

The approx. 24 m² large rooms are located on the first floor, which can be reached via an external staircase.
The rooms have a wrought iron sofa bed for a 3rd person.
The rooms do not have a balcony but have a large window with a view of the garden or the vineyard
 

Comfort rooms for up to 3 people with a terrace

These 25 m² rooms are located on the ground floor in a newly built building with views of the garden and pool.
The rooms are equipped with a 3rd bed (80 x 200 cm).
You have a private veranda with a table and chairs.
 

Superior room for 2 people, with veranda

The 26 m² room is located on the first floor, which is accessible via an external staircase.
The room has a covered veranda with a sofa, table and chairs with a view of the vineyards.
 

Junior suite for 3 people with veranda

The approximately 34 m² junior suite is located on the first floor, which can be reached via an external staircase.
A small independent room, separated by a curtain, can accommodate a third person.
The room has a covered veranda with a sofa, table and chairs with great views of the vineyards.
 

Small suite for 3 people

This suite of approx. 36 square meters is located on the ground floor and has the entrance through the outside square of the house.
There is no private porch, but there is outdoor seating in the communal area in front of the suite.
The suite has a separate living area with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).
The bathroom in this room has no window.
 

Large suite for 4 people with a veranda

This approx. 52 m² suite is located on the ground floor and has a small covered veranda.
It has a separate living area with dining area and sofa corner.
The sofa bed becomes a double bed (160 x 190 cm).

Wine tasting & shop

The Margallo Wine Resort offers various activities in Italian and English, including a wine tour through the vineyards and the olive grove, a wine tasting with local delicacies such as cheese, salami, ham and bread or a more detailed, romantic tasting in the evening, with a guided tour during the dunset.

During the opening hours of the resort, the shop is open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
