From 15th to 17th February, the first “Sardegna Produce” fair will be held in the halls of the Fiera Cagliari in the south of Sardinia, presenting outstanding products from typical Sardinian cuisine to interested visitors.
The culinary event “Sardegna Produce” will take place in Cagliari (Sardinia) in mid-February
One focus are the so-called cooking shows with the preparation of local dishes, be it with fish, meat or vegetables, and of course of the famous Sardinian cakes and sweets, the Dolci Sardi. At the same time, Sardinian wines, craft beers, liqueurs are presented, which are now gaining more and more popularity not only in Italy but also in Europe and world wide.
At the fair, many suppliers also display their own products such as olive oil, cheese, honey, bread, jams, fresh pasta, cakes and pastries, which can also be bought directly on site. Live music and Sardinian street food complete the gastronomic event.
If you stay in a B&B in Cagliari in mid-February and are interested in Sardinian gastronomy and traditions or just curious, you should definitely visit the “Sardegna Produce” fair.
