Holiday homes in Ogliastra: intimacy and privacy near the sea
If you are travelling with your family, we recommend Casa Fabiola, a hideaway 1 km from the sea, set in an orchard and with a private swimming pool. The house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Casa Letizia, on the other hand, is a terraced house overlooking the sea and is part of a small complex with a communal swimming pool. It has two floors, modern furnishings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Mare Ogliastra, near Tertenia, also has two bedrooms but only one bathroom. Situated on a hill, this house offers wonderful sea views from the covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining in complete tranquillity.
If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, we recommend the dog-friendly Casa Lavanda, an independent house with a fenced garden and internal parking, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. The house is close to the sandy beach of Foxi Manna and another small dog-friendly beach.
Finally, if you are looking for comfortable and recently built accommodation, the modern Mareterra villas will impress you. The complex has a large communal swimming pool, a children’s playground and a wall box for electric cars. There are smaller villas, all modern and high quality furnished, and larger 4 bedroom villas which also have a private pool.

If you’re looking for the right combination of privacy and socialising during your holiday, a residence could be the ideal choice.
