What is Sardinia Natour?
Sardinia Natour is a travel agent who organizes individual vacations and group holidays on one of the most beautiful island’s in the Mediterranean: Sardinia. We intend to show you a variety of aspects that the island’s treasures spread amongst its nature and culture and also meet with some of the people who live here. The relationship with nature and local culture is the most important criteria for us in order to choose local accommodations.
Our tours are mainly prepared for small groups of guests and run by local professional guides. We make sure that your vacation matches and exceeds your interests, and expectations.

Can you send me your catalogue?
All our offers are presented in our online-catalogue therefore sending of a paper copy is not possible. In our catalogue each accommodation and service is described very detailled and with fotos. On request we are glad to send you some offers and more information about the accommodation.
At the moment we work on the possibility to create pdf-files of your prefered accommodations which are then printable.
How do I use your service?
On our homepage you have the possibility to find an accommodation by searching on the left side the different main categories like hotel, residence, apartment, holiday house, villas, bed & breakfast without local correlation, by choosing on the central map a Sardinian town or region without correlation to a specified accommodation or by using the advanced research on the right side by selecting for example type of accommodation, hotel stars, location, price, no. of bedrooms and more.

Is booking with you more expensive than direct booking?
The rates for hotels, residences, B&B's, holiday homes, car rentals, guided tours and other accommodations and services equates the offical price lists. In some cases - thanks to specially negotiated proceedings - booking with us can be more convenient for you than direct booking.
How do you evaluate the accommodations presented in your catalogue?
Basically all accommodations have been selected by our team and will be visited regulary. The hotels in our catalogue are characterized by their official number of stars. We work on defining an individual evaluation of the accommodations, using your feedback and therfore facilitating your choice to find the best offer in order to enjoy your holidays in Sardinia.

How do I know if an accommodation is available and how much does it cost?
In general the rates and additional charges of the accommodations are listed in the detailed descriptions. At the moment it is not possible to publish the vacancies, but we are working on this service to facilitate your research. To receive more information about vacancies and detailed offers concerning a special accommodation we ask you kindly to send us an enquiry via email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via telephone +39 070 348 14 58. Emails will be answered in general within 48 hours.
Is my enquiry binding?
Surely not! In our emails we will inform you about vacancies and prices, but our offers are not binding.
Why do you ask the age of my children?
Please inform us about the number and the age of your accompanying children. The reason for that is that in some cases hotels and residences have special offers for children and that we can offer you accommodations adapted for families.
Dogs and cats?
We presented in our catalogue some accommodations where pets are allowed. In this case we asked you kindly to inform us in time of booking when you want to bring your dog or cat with you to Sardinia. In general a service charge for additional cleaning of the accommodation is requested.
RESERVATION & BOOKING
How do I book an accommodation or a service?
After accepting the offer, we send you a rental contract agreement with all details concerning costs, accommodation, service etc. Within 5 days a down payment is required equal to 20%-30% of the total amount (depending upon category of accommodation). The reservation will only be considered valid, and consequently confirmed, upon receiving the required deposit (do not forget to state clearly your name and reference code on the transaction form) and the signed and completed rental contract agreement via Fax or E-Mail (email@example.com). When the time indicated above has transpired without effectuating the down payment, it will be assumed that the client has renounced, which will authorize Sardinia Natour automatically to render void the reservation.
The balance payment is then to be paid to our agency account not later than 30 days prior to arrival in Sardinia. In some cases (for exapmle booking Last-Minute offers) it is possible to pay the remaining amount on arrival on the spot.
Before you arrival we will send you an voucher with all details of your booking, contact address and information how to arrive on the spot.
FORM OF PAYMENT
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by bank deposit or, on request, by credit card. In case of payment by credit card, increments might be asked in order to cover the commission that the bank issueing the client's credit card may charge. Possible bank fees must be paid by the tenant.
By booking an accommodation or an service we ask in general a down-payment of 20%-30% of the whole amount which has to be paid within 5 working days by bank transfer. The balance payment shall become due by bank transfer at least 30 days before arrival. In case of Last-Minute booking it is possible to pay the balance payment on the spot. One month before your departure to Sardinia we will send you by e-mail an voucher with all booking details, contact address and information about how to arrive on the spot.

TERMS OF CANELLATION AND PENALITIES
What are your charges in case of cancellation?
Cancellations of confirmed reservations made by the client will bring about penalties that are always based on the total charge for the intended stay as they are indicated on the rental contract agreement filled out by the client.
Are you offering travel insurance?
At the moment we do not offer travel insurance but we recommend to effect a policy with one of the known assurances which provides financial and logistic support in case of cancellation or interruption of your trip and covered emergencies.
Can anyone substitues me in case I have to cancel my booking?
In some cases we will accept a substitute tenant as opposed to a cancellation. A client that declines may have himself substituted by another person on the following conditions: the change must be communicated to Sardinia Natour in writing, at least 4 working days before the date the reserved lodgings were expected to be occupied. The substitute must reimburse Sardinia Natour for all the costs that will be incurred to make the present substitution possible. The declining client must declare in writing to Sardinia Natour that he will not claim restitution of the sum deposited by him before.
VOUCHER & LOCATION PLAN
What is a voucher?
The voucher is a document with all details concerning your booking including a contact address and information about how to arrive on the spot. In general we send this document one month before your arrival after receiving the payment of the remaining amount.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
What are the arrival and departure times?
Unless otherwise agreed, all accommodation is available from 16-20:00pm on the arrival day and should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
In case of renting a villa, a holiday house or an apartment a security deposit is usually required by the lessor on arrival to cover accidental damage or breakage. The amount differs for each property and is payable on arrival and refundable on departure after inspection. We kindly ask the occupants to act in a responsible manner at all times being responsible for ensuring that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness.
