The position of the Su Vrau country hotel
The Su Vrau estate with a beautiful swimming pool is nestled in a hilly landscape on the north east coast of Sardinia, around 2 km west of the pretty town of Posada and around 4 km from the sea.If you look from the agriturismo towards the sea you can see the small town of Posada, which has around 2,600 inhabitants and is dominated by the ruins of the Castello della Fava and its characteristic old town, which are located on a limestone hill.
The area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, reachable by car in some minutes: worth a visit beautiful beaches like the one of Berchida, Capo Comino, Santa Lucia, Sa Preta Ruia, La Caletta Siniscola, San Giovanni, Sa Tiria or Su Tiriarzu and finally Ovile.
The Agriturismo Su Vrau
The agriturismo, in a panoramic position, consists of a total of 5 buildings that house the restaurant and the various rooms.The outdoor area
The large and beautiful swimming pool has a children's area and a hydromassage, deck chairs and parasols invite you to relax in the sun.The gardens are very well-kept and planted with Mediterranean bushes, flowers and olive trees.
For children there is a playground on a lawn with a slide, swing and seesaw to let off steam.
The restaurant
In addition to breakfast, which is offered as a buffet for example with homemade cakes, jams, yoghurt and muesli and juice, the agriturismo also offers half-board: this is a set menu consisting of an appetizer, a pasta dish and a main course with side dishes and a dessert (sweet pastries or fruit).Inclusive 1/2 l water per person and night.
On request there are of course also children's menus and dishes for vegetarians and other diets.
The rooms of the agriturismo
The country resort offers various spacious guest rooms, which are either on the ground floor or on the first floor.The rooms are traditionally and comfortably furnished and offer internet and air conditioning.
Each room has its own bathroom with shower, and on request a 3rd and 4th bed can be placed in some rooms.

- Overall impression: 4/5 Nice location, good service, deduction for the room because shower and bidet were not tight and therefore water in the bathroom.
- Facilities / comfort: 4/5 Room facilities OK. At the beginning the fridge was defective, but was replaced.
- Cleanliness: 4/5 Cleaned every 2nd day, towels replaced, even those that were still clean, which was a bit of a shame.
- Location / Surroundings: 5/5 Great location on a hillside with beautiful views, good infrastructure.
