The apartment
The apartment is on the first floor of a recently built building, conveniently served by a lift.The property has a large veranda furnished with table and chairs and a reserved parking space, which is very valuable given the difficulty of parking in the area as it is very close to the beach.
It can accommodate up to 5 people and is made up of 1 living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1 person, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
