The position

The modern apartment Giacomo is centrally located in Cagliari, in the south of Sardinia.

From here you can quickly reach the pedestrian zones with many shops, bars and restaurants on foot.

You will find small shops and larger supermarkets in the area.

By car or public transport you can reach Poetto, Cagliari's lively main beach with bars: here you can also stroll, jog, cycle and do much more!

Since the house is in the center, it does not have its own parking space, but it is possible to park near the accommodation for free and/or for a fee in the nearby parking garage.

The apartment

The approximately 140 m² apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building with a separate entrance, no elevator and extends over three levels.

On the entrance level there is an open space with a well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area with living area with sofa bed for 1 person and overlooking the charming Via San Giacomo.

An open staircase leads to the other levels.

The 2 double rooms (one of which is lit by a light shaft) are on different levels, and there are also 2 bathrooms with showers.

There is a second sofa bed for 1 person on a furnished mezzanine.

In addition, there is an area with a washing machine and two terraces with garden furniture from which you can admire the characteristic roofs of the district.
