Larissa is a large holiday flat in Monte Nai - Costa Rei on the ground floor and very close to the beach. Due to its hillside location, it offers a beautiful sea view.
The location
The spacious Larissa holiday flat is located in the district of Monte Nai in the well-known holiday resort of Costa Rei in south-eastern Sardinia, just 150 metres from the beach.Shops and services are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 metres), including a supermarket, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a tobacco bar and a weekly market, an ATM, a newsagent and a doctor.
The flat
The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house, with separate access from the first floor.The large, partially covered terrace with stunning sea views is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue area and outdoor shower.
Inside there is a large living area with dining table and chairs, a TV corner and an open-plan kitchenette.
A small corridor separates the living area from the sleeping area, where there are two double bedrooms (one with a bathroom with washbasin and WC - both with their own exit to the outside), a third bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower.

The flat on the 1st floor (it is not rented out and is occasionally occupied by the owners) only shares the access from the Via Ichnusa road and the car park within the property.The equipment
