Sunrise Red is a modernly furnished one-bedroom apartment with sea views in the municipality of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) in the still relatively unknown southeast of Sardinia and part of a small residence with a communal pool.
The position
The 1-bedroom flat Sunrise Red with shared pool is part of a small residence located in the town of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) in the south-east of Sardinia.
The apartments in the residence, all individually furnished, are about 600 metres from the sea and about 1,000 metres from Foxi Manna beach.
There is a bar-restaurant and tennis/volleyball court within walking distance, and supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.
The swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the other accommodations, is open from 15 May to 15 September.
The Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.
We recommend a car to discover as best this still unknown part of Sardinia.
The flat
The two-room apartment Sunrise Red is located on the ground floor of a terraced house and has a covered furnished veranda with sea view and a small unfenced garden with lawn.
Inside, the two-room apartment has a living area with dining tabel and chairs and a modern kitchenette
One part of the living room is separated by a screen and equipped with twin beds.
In addition there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a walk-in wardrobe.
The property is furnished in a modern and minimalistic style.
The swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the other accommodations, is open from 15 May to 30 September.
