The detached villa has a garden with a lawn surrounded by hedges, so you'll have plenty of privacy. The garden's fenced in and there's an outdoor shower. There's also a covered veranda of 30 sqm with a dining area and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and unwinding after a day at the beach.So, what does the villa have to offer inside?
This villa in Costa Rei is a real gem. It's got 150 m² of space, and it can comfortably fit up to 9 people. The water is crystal clear, the sand is light and feels like silk, and the scenery is unspoilt. The seabed is shallow, so the beaches are great for small children. There's loads to do and see in the area. You've got restaurants, small shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, beach services, water sports facilities, boat trips and long walks by the sea.Just to let you know, there are a few extra costs to be paid on site.
You'll need to pay on site for the final cleaning, the flat rate for water, electricity and gas, and the tourist tax. You'll get your deposit back before you leave, once the accommodation has been checked.There are a few extra services you can get with a supplement.
