The Position
The Cosy Nid flat is located in the north-east of Sardinia in the coastal town of Palau with its services and only a 15-minute walk from the sandy beach.Palau also features a marina and a port where ferries leave for La Maddalena.
Easily reachable by car are the known holiday destinations Santa Teresa di Gallura and the Costa Smeralda, so the accommodation is perfect for beach holidays but also for discovering the beauties of Northern Sardinia in the low season.
The Apartment
The three-room apartment makes part of a terraced house and is located on the top floor.The beautiful covered and glazed veranda, furnished with table and chairs, offers stunning sea views.
The living area includes a sitting area, a dining area and an open and well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms queen-size bed and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them ensuite.
