The houses I Ginepri near Badesi in the north of Sardinia are surrounded by the typical Mediterranean scrub and away from the tourist hustle and bustle: the right place to enjoy your vacation in a relaxed and natural environment.
The position
The traditional built cottages I Ginepri are located in north Sardinia, near Badesi, and borders on an area of sandy dunes.Basic shopping facilities are available at Badesi which is about 4,5 km away.
The next sandy beach is about 500 m away and can be reached only on foot crossing the dunes.
The last km for arriving at the accommodations is on a country lane crossing the natural and with Mediterranean vegetation overgrowned ground.
The outdoor area
The houses I Ginepri are surrounded by the typical Mediterranean scrub.Trails and paths lead to the individual cottages, and the cars can be parked nearby.
At guest´s disposal a pool with sun terrace in central position.
The long sandy baech of Li Junchi is reachable on a sandy path on foot crossing a sandy dune and go up downhill to the beach.
The accommodations
The single-storey holiday homes with a simple equipment and furnishing were built in the traditional Gallurian style, covered with Granite and wooden ceilings.
In total the complex offers 10 flats, some realized as detached cottages and some as semidetached cottages with 2 or 3 flats in a row.
Outside each flat has its private porch equipped with table and chairs.
Each 1 bedroom-flat for max. 5 persons is furnished in a simple way and comprises one living room with dining place, kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, one bedroom with matrimonial bed and one bathroom with shower.
There is a studio flat with a matrimonial bed in the living room, suitable for max. 3 persons.
