The Elvira apartment is centrally located in Orosei, a knwon sea-resort on the east coast of Sardinia.The next beach is about 3000 m away.
There are a lot of services, like shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants and ATM only some meters away.
In the building where the apartment is located there is a pub on the ground floor where you can have an aperitif.
The apartment
The studio flat with a living area of 40 sqm is situated on the second floor of an ancient building (the house has no elevator).The apartment with its high ceilings offers a living room with a modern kitchenette and a dining table with chairs and a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads from the living area to the mezzanine, where the double bed is located.
An absolute highlight of this accommodation is the amazing terrace of about 50 sqm equipped with table, chairs and two sunbeds and with a beautiful view of the historic center of Orosei.
