With garden and close to the beach, the Caracol holiday home is located on the east coast of Sardinia. With its three apartments it is perfect for friends or three families with children. The region is particularly recommended for activity holiday in Sardinia in the off-season.
The position
The three holidays appartments Caracol are located on the east coast of Sardinia, not far away from the nice town of Orosei which offers many shops, restaurants and bars all year round.The sandy beach is about 800 m in beeline (with car approx. 2.5 km).
The flats
The three apartments are located on the ground floor of a two-storey house (the owners live on the first floor).The house has on the rear side a large garden with lawn and trees.
The barbecue and the outdoor shower are shared and for all flats.
Each apartment has its own veranda equipped with table and chairs.
2-bedroom flat Caracol 1 for 5 persons
The spacious 2 -bedroom apartment is situated on the front side and has a veranda with table, chairs and parasol.The porch is surrounded by potted plants and Mediterranean Rosemary bushes.
Inside, it has a spacious living room with dining table, bed sofa for 1 person and fireplace, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower.
1-bedroom flat Caracol 2 for 3 persons
This flat is located on the rear side of the house and shares the covered porch with the adiacent apartment Caracol 3.The outdoor areas are screened off with plants from each other for more privacy.
The covered veranda is equipped with table and two chairs and offers garden views.
Inside there are a living room with dining area, a sofa bed for one person and a modern kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
2-bedroom flat Caracol 3 for 4 persons
This flat is also located on the rear side of the house and shares the covered porch with the adiacent apartment Caracol 2.The outdoor areas are screened off with plants from each other for more privacy.
The veranda is furnished with a small table with two chairs and a comfortable sofa.
Inside there are a living room with a dining area and a modern kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower.
It is possible to add an extra bed or a cot for each apartment.
