The position

From here, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the well-known Oasis Bidderosa, a natural park with programmed access, with five bays reachable through the park which covers 860 hectares.

Both apartments are located in an ancient building in the center of Orosei where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacies open all year round.

During the summer, in the evening, the main street is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian area.

The flats are spread over an area of ​​about 40 square meters, one is located on the ground floor, one on the 2nd floor and one is a duplex.

When you come in, a wooden roof  and a decorative fireplace strike the eye for their historicity and uniqueness.
The whole apartment is located on the ground floor, and consists of a double bedroom, living area with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
 

Il Porticato 2 - 1st floor

To reach this apartment it is necessary to go up two flights of stairs and reach the entrance of the apartment.
Here, the living area is the first environment that welcomes its guests and invites them to relax.
A table with chairs, a sofa bed and an open kitchenette complete the whole thing.
A small corridor leads to the bedroom with a double bed, while on the left there is a full bathroom with a shower.
 

Il Porticato 3 - duplex

The duplex flat has the living room with dining area, kitchenette and bed sofa on the ground floor and the bedroom with queen-size bed and modern bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.
 

Il Porticato 4 - duplex

up to 4 people, 60 sqm
The duplex flat has on the ground floor the living room with dining area, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor you will find a queen-size bed and the nice balkony with table and chairs.
