The position

The house Ambra is located in a panoramic position in Torre delle Stelle, a small coastal town in the south of Sardinia, between the island's capital Cagliari and the well-known holiday resort Villasimius.

The sea is approx. 200 m in beeline, the beach can be reached on foot after approx. 750 m.

Torre delle Stelle consists mainly of houses that are inhabited by Cagliaritans, especially in the summer months, but the place has grown in recent years thanks to the beautiful sandy beaches of Genn'e Mari (near the house) and Cann'e Sisa (on the other side of the hill) and developed into a popular tourist destination in southern Sardinia.

The villas and houses are located on a hill that is bordered by the two beaches and can be reached via partly paved roads and sand tracks.

In Torre delle Stelle there is a supermarket and a restaurant-pizzeria.

In the area and within a few minutes by car, you will find further supermarkets and shops, especially in Capitana and Villasimius.

The holiday home

The detached house in a panoramic position is surrounded by an approx. 1,500 sqm garden with Mediterranean maquis, which ensures a lot of privacy.

There are partially covered verandas furnished with tables, chairs and some lounge chairs.

The house extends over two floors (with a living area of approx. 150 square meters) and is very individual in both architecture and furnishings: white walls, wooden beams on the ceilings, wooden furniture and typical Sardinian decorations such as baskets and fabrics ensure a special atmosphere.

The bathrooms and kitchen have recently been modernized.

On the ground floor there is the large and bright living room with two dining areas, a relaxation area in front of the fireplace and a mezzanine, which is also equipped with table and chairs, as well as the modern kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms (one double, one double with extra bed, one twin and one single) and 3 modern bathrooms with shower.

One of the bathrooms is connected to the double bedroom.
