The position
The dog-friendly holiday home Berenice is centrally located in Costa Rei, in the first row above the main street Via Ichnusa, about 250 metres from the sea and about 600 metres from the shopping area in the Ginestre part.The house is ideal for summer holidays with the family, but also a good choice in spring and autumn for a relaxing holiday with lots of privacy thanks to the large, fully fenced garden.
From the house you can walk to the main services and the sea.
By car you can easily explore all the beaches towards Villasimius or towards Ogliastra.
The holiday home
From the reserved parking space, a some steps leads up to the property, which is slightly above street level.The house is surrounded on 3 sides by the well-kept and fenced garden, there is a covered veranda, a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The house has a living area of approx. 100 sqm and is spread over two levels: On the lower level there is the living room with sofa corner and dining area and the separate kitchen.
A staircase leads up to the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.
