The position
The holiday home Blue Opal is located in the north of Sardinia in Portobello di Gallura, an exclusive residential park by the sea. Access to the condominium is restricted to residents or guests only and peace and privacy are protected by 24-hour security.Portobello di Gallura is a holiday destination that offers a lot of privacy and tranquility, because only the residents have exclusive access via two entrance gates. The approximately 300 villas and houses were built from 1963 on an approx. 3 km long coastal strip with an area of over 100 hectares, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature consisting of a lush Mediterranean maquis, fragrant bushes and numerous pine trees bent by the wind. Other beautiful beaches in the area are:Baia dell'Uomo, Pink Beach, Surveyor's Beach and Agnata Beach.
In Portobello you will find a supermarket (open all year round), a restaurants with pizzeria and bar, a little playground, a marina for boats up to 7-8 meters in length, a tennis court (with reservation) and a soccer field.

Inside, the holiday home comprises: a large living room with fireplace, sofas and dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with direct access to the covered veranda. The sleeping area offers 4 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath tub, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower and bath tub with another double bedroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the veranda. The 2 master bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Security Deposit
A deposit of €2,500.00 must be paid by bank transfer to SardiniaNatour within one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, once the property has been inspected.
Tourist tax
The local authority requires the payment of a tourist tax of €5.00 per person and night from 12 y.o. and over for the period from 1 March to 31 October.

Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight: 50 Euro
Electricity > 200 KW per week

- 50% of the rental price until 46 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 45 days prior arrival date to no-show
