The position

Villa Melodia di Chia offers 4 apartments with 2 private pools and is located in southern Sardinia in the well-known seaside resort of Chia, less than 2 km from the sandy beach.

Chia is known for its beautiful beaches with fine white sand, which are also suitable for children: the nearest beach is at around 2.000 m and is easy to reach by car.

In Chia all basic services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants are available. Other services can be found in Domus de Maria and Pula.

Cagliari with its airport is approx. 50 km away.

Villa Melodia di Chia

The multi-storey Villa Melodia di Chia is divided into 4 accommodations with separate entrances and private outdoor areas (2 of the accommodations are rented together from June to September and can then accommodate 2 - 3 families.

The accommodations are in a quit position in Chia: at the back they border on the Mediterranean maquis, while their front faces the sea.

Each accommodation has a private outdoor area, be it a balcony, veranda or garden area with a private pool.

The holiday homes are tastefully furnished in a modern, rustic style and offer a lot of comfort.

The accommodation, spread over two floors, consists of a living room with dining area and sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms (one with a third bed) and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor there is the curved swimming pool with solarium.

9 people – 3 bedrooms, 80 m2
The accommodation, spread over two floors, consists of a living room with dining area and sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms (one with a third bed) and 2 bathrooms.
It has an equipped veranda with a barbecue that offers beautiful views of the city and the sea.

Suite Melodia di Chia
4 people – 1 bedroom, 50 m2
The suite is ideal for a couple or a family with two children and features a sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette and dining area.
There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as a large panoramic terrace with beautiful all-round views.
The suite is located on the 2nd floor and is combined with the Melodia di Chia J holiday home in high season (from June to September).
It has a large garden with a rectangular swimming pool.

13 people – 4 bedrooms, 130 m2
This accommodation is offered in the summer from June to September and is a combination of Melodia di Chia J and the Suite.
Internal stairs connect the two accommodations, which have a beautiful rectangular swimming pool with solarium and garden.
