The position
The Casa Fin is a terraced house in the southeast of Sardinia in Costa Rei, only 200 m from the beach.There are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a playground, newsagents, ice cream parlors and various other shops nearby.
The Costa Rei offers beautiful long beaches that are very suitable for small children.
The island capital, Cagliari, and its airport are around 60 km away.
The holiday home
Casa Fin can be reached from Via Ichnusa, the main street in Costa Rei, via a staircase of approx. 30 steps.The well-kept garden with a size of approx. 300 sqm has lawns and Mediterranean plants.
The covered veranda, which also offers a partial sea view, is furnished with table and chairs as well as a comfortable seating area.
Inside, the house is mainly furnished in blue and white in a maritim and fresh style and has a living space of approx. 80 square meters.
There is a living area with a dining area (and with a sofa bed) and a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms (two doublee bedrooms and one with a bunk bed plus a pull-out bed) and a functional bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms are on the rear side of the house.
One of the double rooms has a small service bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine (without a shower).
