The holiday home Ibisco with private pool and well-kept, fenced garden is located in the south-west of Sardinia in Sant'Antioco, just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the area. With 3 bedrooms it is perfect for 2 families.
The position
Ibisco is a detached holiday home with swimming pool in south-west Sardinia, between Sant'Antioco and Calasetta on the Sant'Antioco peninsula.Calasetta and Sant'Antioco offer all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, newsagents and much more.
Daily ferries leave Calasetta for the island of San Pietro (Carloforte).
By car you can quickly reach the beautiful beaches in the area, which are only a few kilometers from the holiday home.
The holiday home
The holiday home is surrounded by a large, approximately 15,000 sqm fully fenced garden with lawn, olive trees, fruit trees and ornamental plants and offers a private above ground pool.A barbecue and an outdoor shower are also available for guests.
The two-storey, stone-clad house has two large verandas (one with glass windows) for al fresco dining.
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (with a cot on request), a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed.
From the living room you access the first floor with a 2nd double bedroom, a single bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea and a 2nd bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
