The holiday house Leandru is located about 550m from the center of San Pantaleo, a small jewel of the emerald coast.Despite the proximity of San Pantaleo to Olbia, it presents itself as an authentic, interesting and fascinating original place. The city is known as an artist city as it is home to a small group of local and international artists each year who are inspired by the beauty of the surrounding nature and the intimate atmosphere.
The city of San Pantaleo offers a variety of services for daily needs, but also small boutiques with handicraft shops or artistic studios.
Beaches near San Pantaleo
The property is close to the beautiful sandy beaches of the north-east coast of Sardinia.The closest beach is Rena Bianca Beach, a beach with white sand and azure sea. Here it is possible to borrow umbrellas and sun loungers and to have an ice cream or a refreshing drink at the beach bar.
Just a few kilometers further north is located another famous beach, the beach of Liscia Ruja.
The holiday house
The holiday house is located in a green area and borders to the mediterranean vegetation around the Borgo di San Pantaleo. It's embedded in a small residential complex with internal parking spaces for each residential unit.The small garden of the house is private, well-tended. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, the famous rocks of the Cugnana.
The Leandru holiday house is a modern furniture house with a nice terrace and private garden, where you can spend a lot of time outdoors.
The living area of the house is approx. 80 m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds ore can be connected as a double bed.
The two bathrooms are both equipped with a shower.
