The position
The elegant 2-bedroom flat Li Nibani is part of the I Ginepri condo withits beautiful swimming pool and located on the first hill of Pantogia.The Condo I Ginepri, consisting of 30 homes and flats, was designed in compliance with the architecture of the Costa Smeralda.
Porto Cervo is about 4 km away.
The next sandy beach, Piccolo Pevero, is reachable in a few minutes by car (distance about 1.500 m)
The Holiday Home
The elegant apartment Li Nibani was completely renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern and tasteful way.The accommodation is bright and features a beautiful and wide ocean view of the emerald sea that frames the terrace where a dining and relaxation area with table and chairs is set up.
Inside there is a bright living room with dining and relax area and a well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with queen-size bed and one bedroom with a French bed and a single bed on a balcony, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
There is a covered parking area and a shared swimming pool with sea view, open from 1st June to 30th September.
