The position
The semi-detached house Tabea with its small swimming pool is located in Olia Speciosa (Castiadas) only 10 km from the beautiful and kid-friendly sandy beaches of Costa Rei, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.Its position is reserved in a rural setting, about 300 m from the center of Olia Speciosa with a market, bar, restaurant and some shops.
In Castiadas there is a winery that produces white and red wines with a good quality-price ratio.
The holiday home
The property of Casa Tabea is completely fenced and features a well-kept lawned garden, a covered terrace with barbecue and table and chairs and a small, inviting swimming pool.Inside, the villa is spread over two floors with a living area of approx. 110sqm.
The vacation rental is furnished with modern furniture in a maritime style, mainly in white and blue.
On the ground floor there is the large living room with dining area and kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with queen-size bed and one with twin beds that can be put together) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the attic with two more bedrooms (one with queen-size bed and one with single bed) and a 2nd bathroom with shower.
