The position
Turchese, a beautiful holiday home in Sardinia with private pool and tennis court, is located in the small community Flumini (near Quartu Sant'Elena) in the south of Sardinia, approx. 50 meters from the main road that leads along the coast from the island's capital Cagliari to Villasimius.The sandy beach is approx. 300m away and can be easily reached on foot.
In the area and along the coastal road there are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars and other services.
The holiday home
The holiday home stands on a plot of approximately 1,500 square meters with a private pool and sun loungers and a tennis court with floodlights.In addition, there are a covered veranda with a seating area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The spacious house extends over two floors with a living area of approx. 250 square meters and is elegantly furnished.
A special feature of the house is the large outdoor kitchen (closed on three sides) with a long marble table with benches.
The ground floor comprises a large living room and - separated by a few steps - a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (one with quuensize bed and one with twin beds) and 1 shared bathroom with shower, tiled in blue.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms, one withtwin beds and two with queen size bed.
Each of the double rooms has its private bathroom with shower.
