The detached home Valeria with private pool and next to a beautiful sandy beach is a perfect vacation rental in south Sardinia in Torre delle Stelle. With 4 bedrooms we recommend it for 2-3 families or 4 couples.

The position

The self-catering accommodation with private pool is located on the south coast of Sardinia in the small community of Torre delle Stelle, on half way from the island's capital Cagliari and the beach resort Villasimius.

The beautiful sandy beach Genn'e Mari is approx. 250 m from the house, and in approx. 500 m there is a supermarket and a restaurant with a pizzeria.

Torre delle Stelle is a popular retreat for the Cagliaritans in summer, as it can be reached quickly by car from the island's capital.

The villas and houses, all with private gardens, are set over a hill with roads and sand tracks that lead to the houses.

Thanks to the two beautiful sandy beaches Genn'e Mari (near to the house) and Cann'e Sisa (on the other side of the hill), the place has also developed into a popular holiday destination in southern Sardinia in recent years.

There are other supermarkets and shops nearby and can be reached in a few minutes by car, especially in Capitana and Villasimius.

The holiday home

The detached house is surrounded by a fenced and well-tended garden (approx. 1700 m²) with lawn, bushes and trees, including pines and palms.

A few steps from the house zou will find the rectangular swimming pool with a sun loungers, a brick barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Next to the pool is a covered dining area with table and chairs and the large covered veranda, which is also furnished with table and chairs.

The house with a living area of approx. 120 m² is comfortably and individually furnished.

The accommodation comprises: a living room with dining area and sofa in front of the TV, a separate kitchen and the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms with queen size beds (two of them with a 3rd bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

There are two steps between the living and sleeping areas.
