The 3-bedroom holiday home Violet with spacious garden and covered veranda is situated in the south-east of Sardinia in Costa Rei. The next beach is about 300 m away and easily reachable on foot.
The position
The semi-detached holiday home Violet is located in southern Sardinia in the popular holiday resort of Costa Rei, just 300 meters from the beach of Monte Nai.The supermarket is also within easy walking distance.
The center of Costa Rei (lower Sa Murta area) with further shops, bars and restaurants is about 2 km away.
The capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, is about 60 km away and can be easily reached by car.
The holiday home
The Violet holiday home has a living area of about 100 square meters and offers a living room with dining area and sofa, a kitchenette separated from the living room, a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 further bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds), which are sharing the 2nd bathroom with shower.The two bathrooms have recently been updated.
Outside there is a large lawned garden and a covered porch with dining area.
In addition, there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The home also has a reserved parking space just a few steps from the back entrance.
