The holiday home Vista with wide sea views and a spacious garden is ideal for two families with not too small children or friends who want to spend relaxing summer holidays or activity holiday with hiking and climbing together in a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere.
The vacation home
The elegant and tastefully furnished holiday home has a large, well-kept terrace garden with Mediterranean trees and plants. There are small tables, chairs and loungers for the garden to relax and enjoy the great sea view.
The more-level house with a living area of approx. 200 sqm has a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms (with the possibility to have twin beds or Queen size bed), 2 bathrooms (one with Shower, one with bathtub) and a 3rd bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
The living room has direct access to the covered veranda. Some of the bedrooms have an outdoor area with a table and chairs.
Possibility to add 2 extra beds.
The interior of the holiday home is fresh and modern, with some antique wooden furniture being skillfully integrated.
The house also has a small roof terrace with a great view.

- 30% of the rental price from 90 to 61 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 60 to 31 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 30 days prior arrival date to no-show
