The position
The 3 Levante holiday homes with shared pool for exclusive use are located in the north of Sardinia on the charming Costa Paradiso.The holiday homes are located in the central part of Costa Paradiso, just a stone's throw from the centre with its supermarket and the harbour, from where you can reach the bays of Cala Li Cossi or the beautiful Cala Tinnari by dinghy.
From the holiday homes, a path leads down to the sea and the rocky coves known as Le Sorgenti.
In Costa Paradiso, the villas, bungalows and flats are built in terraces on the mountainside and blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape with its dense Mediterranean scrub, characterised by the red rock formations that have been bizarrely shaped by the mistral.
There are beautiful beaches in the vicinity of Costa Paradiso, which can be easily reached by car.
The holiday homes
The terraced houses are located in the central part of Costa Paradiso; a small path leads from the private car park on the street into the garden and to the entrances of the accommodation.The 3 holiday homes Levante Blu, Verde and Arancione are surrounded by a garden and offer plenty of privacy.
Levante Verde is the middle of the 2 terraced houses.
Inside, the accommodation offers a living room with open-plan kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (one double room with en-suite bathroom and one twin room), as well as a second bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a covered and sheltered veranda with table and chairs.
The swimming pool, which is shared by the three houses, is surrounded by a lush garden and several areas with sun loungers for sunbathing.
There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
