The holiday home Casa Pietra del Sol with its 2 holiday apartments is located directly on the sea in the south of Sardinia in the coastal town of Perd'e Sali (Porto Columbu), between the island's capital Cagliari and the popular holiday resort of Pula.
The position
The characteristic holiday home Casa Pietra del Sol has 2 apartments and is located in the south of Sardinia directly on the sea and with access to the beach.The beach in front of the house is a mixture of pebbles and sand, other beautiful sandy beaches can be found between Pula and Chia.
The town of Perd'e Sali has a small marina.
The nearby town of Villa San Pietro and especially the charming small town of Pula offer many services, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The apartments
The terraced house with its 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, has direct access to the sea and offers a garden with a lawn.Each apartment has a private outdoor area: the apartment on the ground floor has a covered veranda while the one on the 1st floor has an elongated balcony, both with beautiful sea views.
Each apartment has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a narrower French bed) and a modern bathroom with shower.
