The holiday home Antonia is centrally and quietly located in the popular holiday resort of Costa Rei in south-eastern Sardinia. Long sandy beaches. Cats and dogs are welcome
The position
Antonia is a semi-detached house in the Sa Murta Alta area in Costa Rei in the south-east of Sardinia, just 400m from the beach and about 200m from the main services such as restaurants, pizzeria and supermarket.Costa Rei is known above all for its long beaches with a shallow seabed, perfect for small children and for beautiful walks.
We also recommend it in spring and autumn, both to enjoy the sea, but also for excursions in the hinterland.
Cagliari with its airport is about 60km away and can be reached in about 1 hour by car.
The Holiday Home
The Antonia villa has a pedestrian entrance that also leads to the sea and the center of Costa Rei and a rear entrance with convenient internal parking.The well-kept garden of about 200sqm with lawn, olive tree and Mediterranean plants surrounds the house on three sides.
Outside there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue.
The covered veranda is furnished with a dining area and some deck chairs.
Inside, the house has an area of about 100 square meters on two levels.
Entering from the veranda there is a living room with dining area and relaxation area in front of the fireplace.
A few steps lead to the large and modern kitchen with direct access to the garden.
Another staircase leads from the living area to the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (two double and one twin) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Both dogs and cats are welcome in the house.
